Application:
- For single doors in buildings accessed by the public, where panic can be foreseen
- Suitable for push face of outward opening doors
- May be used on double doors with non-rebated meeting stiles (one 2 point 882T or 882T-W per leaf)
- Fixings to suit timber doors. Fixings for metal doors also available
- Non-handed for maximum flexibility
- Low projection touch bar
- Compatible with UNION 885 Outside Access Device
- Choice of upper & lower latches (882T & 882T-W) or lateral latches (882TL & 882TL-W)
- Lateral latches variants can be combined with upper & lower latches variants to provide 4/5 point locking on rebated double doors (see specification for 883T / 883T-W)
Operation:
- Pressure at any point on the touch bar withdraws the latches ensuring immediate release of door
